Toolbar is a fixed area at the top or bottom of the screen that contains other widgets such as Icons or Text Links.
A toolbar can be displayed at Top or Bottom position.
Using the Top or Bottom Position requires to move the Toolbar out of the page contents. If the Toolbar is embedded in the page contents (page-content within the DOM) , the position attribute won’t have any effect and the toolbar will be displayed at its default position like any another widget.
For moving a toolbar out of the page-content, use the DOM Navigator to move it as a child of the “Page” DOM element just like in the screenshot below:
The Toolbar is inside the “page-content” block => the position attribute won’t have any effect
The Toolbar is inside the “page” just right after the navbar. The position attribute will work correctly
